Getting Started with CPR
Barrier Devices
If this is your first class, you may be wondering what responsibilities you have after receiving your certification. Keep in mind that anytime you use the skills learned in our course, you are to act fully in the best interest of your patients or community. Remember to protect yourself as well. It is always a good idea to carry a barrier for mouth to mouth resuscitation and gloves just in case. In our course, we give out these barriers to our students, you can keep them in your car, purse, pocket, or on your key chain to make sure you are ready for any emergency.
